I'm new to this forum and came on following the thread about "fragileHID torches" To date my Halcyon 10 watt (?proteus) has had 3 new ballasts and 3 new hid bulbs.
Ballast 1 got wrecked due to the switch cover leaking
Ballast 2 wrecked due to a miniscule nick in the umbilical cable which flooded the head again
Ballast 3 packed up at 65 mts BUT no water so progress I now await 3 ballasts from the power battery company I got through the threads.To date my UK HID light
