TV Ratings Tuesday: NCIS Storms Back, The Good Wife Looks Good, the forgotten Nearly Was It’s an NCIS world, we just live in it. CBS’ NCIS, NCIS:Los Angeles combo came out strong Tuesday night with premiere ratings up to all time highs for NCIS, and a strong debut for NCIS: LA. The debut ratings for The Good Wife were good, but ABC’s the forgotten premiere ratings barely beat Leno.

I have never met anyone who watches NCIS. Or met anyone who knows someone who watches NCIS. But every week it's a hit. Maybe I need to know more people.
