Hello All, I took my first course of Roaccutane on November 2007 for 6 months, on 20mg. I weight 60kg.  My acne started coming back 1 year after I finished the course. I went for a derm appointment on Monday and was put straight back onto it.  This new derm said I wasn’t put on the cumulative dosage, so that’s why its come back. Ahh….
