Progress is slow, but most of the new bits and pieces needed for the rebuild have arrived. I think I've decided to take the frame/fork to Mesquite for powder coating, but haven't had a chance to make that trip yet. Maybe next week. Need to get out to the garage and start cleaning the old parts...

Until a week and a half ago, I hadn't been on my road bike since some time in August. I hadn't stopped riding, I just stopped riding my road bike in favor of mountain bikes. And strangely enough, I spent most of my time on a single speed. And it was awesome ... . And working on my swimming form. And worrying about HR's and training volume. Yep, the tri-geek is back.
