The Mini Spicy Lamb burgers... again.
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1 jalapeno pepper , finely diced
1 egg
salt & pepper
a small cup of ... sprig on mint, top with another pita round and you have your very own mini spicy lamb burger.
Serve with a salad and Bobs your uncle.
(makes 9 double lamb burgers)
