... AND swimming at various lakes and rivers. We chose McIver lake just outside of Campbell River, heading up the highway towards Gold River. It's about a 6 minute drive, and on the right hand side of the highway.  ... my kids splashing happily in the glorious heat of summer, well it's something I will not forget. Campbell River has a lot to offer, check it out!
