Butter Chicken is a pretty variable commodity, but I've had very good butter chickens in multiple restaurants in the Bay Area and I have been trying to make ... ;t get close to obtaining the restaurant flavor. The only thing I have figured out so far is that blending things at some point is a must, and I believe cashew nuts are an important component of the flavor. Does anyone else have any ideas?
