Stuck in the dark ages, that’s where. The advancement of man is intrinsically linked with our ability to flavour, to enhance, to spice things up a little bit.

Another grey, dreary day here, so I thought I would take a picture of my cooking essentials - these are the sauces, oils and spices I use most frequently.
I'm actually missing several key items - Rice Vinegars (seasoned and unseasoned), Worcestershire sauce and Fish Sauce - so the bottles are spread out.
