... is a fancy term for a one crust pie or tart. It is the simplest 'fancy' dessert you can come up with for Thanksgiving dinner.
I am not above cheating a little; I use a store bought pie crust. They are quick and easy to keep on ... with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or at room temperature.
Seriously, I whipped this up in just a few minutes~ My idea of the perfect dessert.
