I created this little wreath from scraps of felted wool sweaters in my crafts stash. It was so easy to do! I used a wire hanger like you get at the dry cleaners, shaped it into the size circle I wanted my wreath to be, and laced my scraps onto the wire. I was able to just poke them through.
