We were traveling last week and did not have Internet access. Naturally that meant no Friday Photo. A couple of weeks ago Patty and I spent some time at Lake Hefner. The winds were up which meant the Kite Surfers were out taking advantage of great conditions.
I confess to thinking, “Wow, that would ...

My brother is a master board game player, so I learned all I know about Clue, Monopoly, etc., from him. Every now and then, my children challenge me to a game of Clue - even though they have yet to beat me!

Just a little pic from the actual wedding day. Getting ready with my friend, Willow, who was my maid of honor. Doing the happy dance.
Wedding pics coming next Friday!

This is a stitched photo of the U.S. Flag as seen from my vantage point at LP Field last Sunday, before the Titans whupped the stuffings out of the hapless Buffalo Bills (the game in which Bud Adams launched his swarm of birds; after the game, Bill's coach, Dick Jauron was fired. The Bill's owners had to do something I suppose!). The flag is handled by members of the 101st Airborne, based ...

For some reason, my computer and my camera can’t see each other, which is a recent development. I keep getting weird error messages and I have no idea why, and I have to be at work in two hours so I don’t have time to troubleshoot.
You know, I’m actually sorry that I switched over to Linux. Really I am. Sure I don’t have to worry about spyware or viruses, but I’m ...

Don’t you love the aviation cues were were still getting on our cars in ‘56?
Despite my desire for a classic car of our very own, at this point the desire to capture them on camera is still stronger, even in cold, driving rain.
The car, as you can see, is in fine shape body-wise for a ‘56; not perfect, but awfully nice and definitely drivable. The interior is *perfect*. ...
