's work recently. i've even decided to write a research paper on him. in darger's Realms of the Unreal, a little french-canadian boy named Schoefield Penrod makes an ... quot;black haired little frenchie imp". sound familiar? i'm just going to keep on pretending that darger was thinking of me when he came up with this shit. here are some scans featuring yours truly. it's true.

I’m pretty sure the world is full of people like this guy, Mark Hogancamp, Henry Darger, and Matthew/C++. It’s only in this age of astounding communication that we can get these glimpses into their experience through their art.

One thing that I was going to say (that got cut off in the video) is that I got the “Lost Princess of Oz” primarily because I saw it in the Henry Darger documentary and I loved his little frog feet.
