Okhotsk is a recently released Japanese beer from a company called Abashiri that’s actually brewed to be blue. (You may remember Abashiri from the milk + beer combo called Bilk.)
This isn’t the first time they’ve crafted oddly colored beers either, as they also have a Hamanasu Draft that pours red, and a Shiretoko Draft that pours green.

I've finally gotten my hands on a menu from the Japanese restaurant in the Kroger shopping center on Phelan. I've had takeout from ... to try the spring rolls and hibachi shrimp soon.

Sapporo’s space beer is finally ready for consumption:

Leave it to the Japanese to come up with this! Sapporo Brewery has just released a very limited edition beer made from barley grown on the International Space Station.
