My son has become a vegetarian, so we have been eating more meatless meals of late. He loves lasagna, but doesn't care too much for the ricotta/cottage cheese additions, so I came up with my own version. The basil paste I use is Gourmet Garden brand, found in the refrigerator section in the produce department..Cooking time includes 20 minutes standing time. -- posted by Lori Mama
