The NYC marathon was yesterday. I know what you're thinking. I ran it and broke records. Not this year! Instead, I joined others in passing out water to the runners who rudely snatch cups, gulp the water down and litter said cups all over. I thought this year that I would offer them a special treat and fill my cups with vodka. They kept spitting it out! Ingrates!Â

Well things in the brewing dept have gone well. I finally bottled my cordials (only a whole month later, but they seem quite fine and tasty.) and my hard apple cider. The alchohol (according to my sources) mellows the longer it sits. So I bottled the cider about 2 weeks before Halloween and I bottled half my Cordials last weekend and the other half this weekend.
