I'm very happy to say that our very own, Ms Philippines Sandra Seifert won Best in Long Gown for Ms Earth 2009 wearing a fabulous creation of our very own, Filipino designer Michael Cinco. I admire Cinco, he is a designer based in Dubai. I've seen his fashion week collection last year and i was totally mesmerized! Congrats!! ;-) *** Miss Philippines also won Best in Swimsuit! :-)
