I try to bring a little culture to the G:TB table, but once in a while I have to go lowbrow. This is laugh-out-loud funny. Fast-forward to 4:15 if you don't have time to watch the whole thing.

For years, it has been settled law that artists — merchants of everything from hackneyed images of Manhattan to names on grains of rice — have been constitutionally protected to sell their wares in city parks. That apparently is not the case for the High Line:
In 2001, both state and federal courts ruled that New York City could not require permits for artists in parks under the ...

They’re witty, too, but not cluttered with pop culture in-jokes or lowbrow humor. They’re movies for kids and adults, made with the conviction that if you’re going to make a great children’s movie, it must also work as a great grown-ups ...

This post is going to have it all: comics, fonts, broadbrush high-lowbrow cultural opinionation, curiously reasonably priced British TV.
We’ll start with fonts. Why did ... think? Is it plausible that the grandfather of cool, corporate Helvetica was a kind of ironic, high-lowbrow Cubist straddle?
As for the reasonably priced British TV? You can get The Prisoner: The Complete Series, for ...

Our buds over at Lowbrow Customs scooped up the first batch of some new Megaflake helmets in all new colors: Wine, Gangreen, Disco Gold and Pacific Blue.
These new colors are really "jewel" like and look bitchin' with the new chrome strip and bigger flake.
BTW, if you work for a shop, you can set up a wholesale dealer account at Lowbrow too, here's the dealer application...

... Jackson's movies are an improvement.
Arabian Nights movie
It's doubtful that the new Arabian Nights movie in the works will ever make that list. The description does make it sound pretty lowbrow. Instead of Scheherazade's cleverly saving her own skin with a series of stories, she'll be the damsel-in-distress as an unnamed hero teams up with Sinbad, Aladdin, and the genie to ...

Argue every recommendation I once had a client that went item by item arguing every recommendation we made. Calls to action? Too lowbrow for his audience. Using keywords? Too pedantic. ... ; oh yeah, we went there! — Regina King is an actress who brings strength, relatability and keen-eyed wit to whatever role she chooses. That she can deliver the goods in Oscar contenders such as Ray, and lowbrow fare like Miss Congeniality 2, makes King's talent all the more remarkable.
