I also recently discovered Matuba's rotary sushi buffet. It's not a huge selection of sushi, but it's a great price for AYCE and the fish is very fresh. The chef also puts the dishes out on different sides of the rotary belt, so one group of people don't cherry pick every dish as its hits the belt -- very helpful!
