It's supposed to be the holidays, y'know?

Ate the yongtaufoo which was super yummy to the max x)
And the yami yoghurt cheat people's ... rice (dr ls)
And a mango sunrise at each-a-cup which was seriously amazing to the max.
And I managed to scare Alicia TWICE WAHAHAHA.
It was damn funneh.

Parkour routes in the gym 48 inch box jumps, some reactive drills
Deadlift 225x5, 275x5, 305x10
That calculates out as 407 max just 33 pounds under my max before summer not bad for 7 weeks of and limited barbell training for 4 months.
