my memory isn't what it used to be. this concerns me. i used to pride myself on my ability to go to the store without a list, always know what day a friend's birthday is, or remember a doctor or hair appointment without writing it down. those days are gone. maybe it's old age? maybe it's "mom brain"? maybe it's a combination of the two?
