I've stopped at almost every taco truck I can find - street food is street food - you roll the dice and take your chances. Sometimes I stop even if I've already eaten just to grab a Mexican coke (still made with cane sugar) and chat with the owners of the truck.
They are mostly around Central Ave. Albemarle/ South Blvd/Etc. The truck on Providence is great - really nice people.
