This is the strangest creepiest song that I have ever stumbled upon. The song is called "I'm in love with my little Red Tricycle" The artist is Napoleon XIV AKA Jerry Samuels. He is more famous for his song entitled "They're coming to take me away Ha Ha" I recommend youtubing that song as well. Seriously this has to be heard to be believed. Wow!
