decision, decision…. which one should i get? or maybe you can tell me….both are no so expensive lens and are great to cover medium range shooting for any wedding events. But do i really need them or I should be happy with my 18-55mm & 35 mm prime lens?

Seriously, if something's going to mysteriously leap into my shopping cart, only to be discovered by me after I pay for it, and take it out of my shopping bag at home, don't you think it could at least be a Nikon lens? Maybe a fisheye; maybe a really nice wide-angle, or the 24-70mm f/2.8 that I can only dream about . . .

... D300s. I am really not concerned about the video quality. Any suggestions? Also has anyone ever used the high end carl zeiss lenses? are they worth the cost compared to a standard nikon lens? I am sure many factors are involved, but just as a generalization.
