Jerry Padgett was Margie's cousin MOUNT ORAB, Ohio -- Morris J. "Jerry" Padgett, 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Ripley, Ohio, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009 in Franklin Township, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barb Padgett. Mr. Padgett was born Nov. 5, 1947 in Maysville to Wilbur Morris Padgett and the late Mary Audra Cassidy.
