Hello all. My name is Jason and I am starting the new healthy me tomorrow. I have deciding that I am going to combine my quitting smoking with a diet to prevent a ridiculous weight gain. I quit smoking once before and was partially unsuccessful because I gained a ton of weight so I am hoping to negate the weight gain through my quit this time.
