I just finished Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer: A Road Trip into the Heart of Fan Mania. Alabama scored their first win in Auburn since God was a boy. We saw no toilet paper on trees. No screams of "Go To Hell, Alabama!" after the game, and everyone - apart from 10-20,000 Alabama fans who made the trip to Jordan Hare Stadium - went home a little bit sad.
In fact, it wouldn't have been easy to sort out this BCS mess if Alabama had lost, because then if they beat Florida ...

I woke up today and got my hand ripped open by a cat who is appropriately nicknamed "My Lord and Master Satan". My hand is actually so torn apart that it's swollen
I theorize that Lord and Master Satan is the first ever venomous kitty-cat.

L S WHO? haha!! Saturday I got to go to my first Alabama game. It's hard to believe I've never been to one- it was A LOT of fun. And what a game! And yes, I was sitting here- a little way up on the 50 yard line, home side!!!
We went with some of our close friends, Minda and Rob.
Mom, I just happened to be wearing Troy colors. Not necessarily Alabama colors. :) And it was complete ...

I doubt the foam "Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer" Nick Saban is holding would be an effective defense.
