I want to know what kind of good stretches for these muscles are there for soccer:
Stretches for biceps, triceps, buttock muscles, abdominal and deltoids.
I know stretches for legs, but i can't think of any stretches for upper body muscles listed above.
If you know stretches for those muscles for soccer, please tell me.
