Most of my Halloween pictures ended up looking like this …
All that means though, is that my little tree had a fabulous time running from house to house collecting candy and working up a nice little sweat (we had to go with shorts cause it was way too hot).

... of the day, I joined the students in a high ropes course way up in the trees. I haven't done one of these since college! I spent half the time hugging the platform tree before I slowly made my way onto the next course. I miss the good tap water in Ames, Iowa. It's interested how few of the plastic water bottles are not recycled. And its ironic that some people (not including those who use do not have access to a municpal water supply) think that bottled water is safer than their tap, but some bottled water is tap water anyways.
