The weekend was even better because we had a great friend and her son with us. After our afternoon at the beach, Chad worked with the triathletes on transition practice. The little amount of time they spent practicing calmed nerves and made a difference at the race.

It is a really cool film, following the Ironman training schedules of three different triathletes. I could relate to all of them in different ways – as I’m sure any of us can.

I think many triathletes view the winter as the off-season, but for the rest of you scrappy triathletes that train year round, this may or may not be something with which you can relate.
